First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a targeted drug (disitamab vedotin) plus radiation can prevent cancer from returning in people with HER2-positive upper urinary tract cancer who have high risk of recurrence after surgery. About 60 adults will either receive the 6-month combo therapy or standard monitoring. The goal is to see if the treatment extends the time without cancer coming back.
