Summary
This study tested whether a digital well-being program (text messages, peer groups, and resource support) could improve depression, anxiety, stress, and job satisfaction in doctors during the COVID pandemic. About 293 physicians from Penn Medicine took part. The goal was to see if this approach could be quickly scaled to support healthcare workers across other health systems.
