Summary

This study tested whether a mobile app could help reduce anxiety and depression in people already receiving medication for opioid use disorder. 63 adults were randomly assigned to use the app or continue their usual care for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if the app was practical and acceptable, and to get early signs of whether it could improve mood and reduce opioid cravings and use.
