Summary
This study tests a 14-day self-compassion writing program delivered through a WeChat mini-program for parents of autistic individuals. Researchers want to see if it's easy to use and if it helps improve mental health and self-compassion. About 240 parents will take part, and the program is designed to be done entirely on a smartphone.
