NCT ID NCT07607782
First seen May 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether a short, daily meditation app can help young adults feel better, less stressed, and more resilient. About 354 people aged 18-40 in the US will be randomly assigned to do a 7-minute meditation, listen to a neutral audio, or continue their normal routine for 4 weeks. Participants will complete surveys on mood, stress, and well-being, and some may share smartwatch data to see if meditation affects physical stress signs.
