First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a personalized digital meditation program (MediTrain) in 90 older adults aged 60-85 with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The goal is to see if it improves sleep quality, reduces stress, and boosts cognitive abilities compared to healthy older adults. Participants will use the program at home, and researchers will measure changes in attention, sleep, stress responses, and even telomere length (a marker of cellular aging).
