Summary
This study tests an 8-week digital program that helps migrants in Sweden improve their mental health through better sleep, diet, physical activity, and social connections. 240 adults with moderate stress, anxiety, or depression will either get the program or a general wellness module. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for reducing psychological distress.
