Summary
This study compared a 6-week digital home exercise program (SimpleTherapy) to standard physical therapy for people with chronic knee osteoarthritis pain. Researchers wanted to see if the home program was just as effective. The study enrolled 32 adults with knee OA and chronic pain. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
