Summary
This study tested a home-based digital health program for 104 adults with heart failure. After leaving the hospital, participants used a smartphone app, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a special monitoring vest to track their heart function. The goal was to see if this approach improved their ability to exercise and their quality of life over six months.
