Summary
This pilot study tests whether a virtual mind-body program called IM@Home can help breast cancer patients manage fatigue and other symptoms during radiation therapy. Active substance

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a practical, home-based way to reduce fatigue and improve quality of life for breast cancer patients during radiation.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study (40 people) testing feasibility, not effectiveness. It may not show clear benefits or be generalizable to all patients.
