Summary
This study tests whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program (dCBT-I) can help people with multiple sclerosis who also have insomnia. About 550 participants in Norway will either receive the online therapy or digital education about sleep. The main goal is to see if the therapy reduces insomnia severity and improves daytime fatigue and mood.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (dCBT-I)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer an effective, drug-free way to improve sleep and reduce fatigue for people with multiple sclerosis.
What could go wrong
This is a behavioral intervention, not a cure for MS or insomnia. Results may vary, and the digital format may not suit everyone.
