First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program (dCBT-I) can help people with multiple sclerosis who also have insomnia. About 550 participants in Norway will either receive the online therapy or digital education about sleep. The main goal is to see if the therapy reduces insomnia severity and improves daytime fatigue and mood.
