Summary
This study tested a mobile app designed to help people with chronic pain manage their symptoms and improve daily life. 108 adults with chronic pain used the app, which offered education, support, and optional activity tracking. The goal was to see if the app could reduce how much pain interferes with activities and also help with depression and anxiety.
