Inclusion Criteria: Volunteering to participate in the research Being a 6th-grade student in middle school. Being 11 or 12 age. Being able to read, understand, and speak Turkish fluently. Having no auditory or cognitive impairments that would hinder participation. Scoring 65 or above on the Digital Addiction Scale for Children (DASC).- Having voluntary consent provided by both the student and their legal guardian (parental consent) Exclusion Criteria: Scoring below 65 on the Digital Addiction Scale for Children (DASC) during the initial screening
