Summary
This study tested a program that combines counseling, mobile health tools, and school/community support to prevent and manage type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure in adults, while also improving health in their children. Over 1,200 families from four European countries took part. The goal was to see if this approach works better than standard care in lowering blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
