This study compares two ways to lose weight and reduce liver damage in people with cardiometabolic risks like type 2 diabetes or obesity. One group will follow a Mediterranean diet with intermittent fasting, while the other group takes a weight-loss medication (naltrexone/bupropion). The goal is to see which approach better reduces liver scarring (fibrosis) over six months. About 70 adults with moderate liver scarring will participate.
