First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app, combined with nutrition education, can help people at high risk for cancer eat healthier and reduce their cancer risk. About 170 participants will either get the app or standard advice, and researchers will measure changes in diet quality after 12 weeks. The goal is to see if cutting back on ultra-processed foods can improve overall diet and potentially prevent cancer.
