Diet over drugs: Plant-Based plan targets endometriosis pain

Summary

This study tests whether a low-fat plant-based diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. 120 women aged 18-45 with confirmed endometriosis will either follow the diet or stay on their usual diet for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, inflammation, weight, and hormone levels.
