Summary

This study is testing whether a low-fat plant-based diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. 120 women aged 18-45 with confirmed endometriosis will be randomly assigned to either follow the diet for 12 weeks or stick with their usual eating habits. Researchers will measure changes in pain, inflammation, and overall well-being.
