Summary
This study tests a smartphone app designed to help adults taking GLP-1 medications for obesity or type 2 diabetes eat better. About 50 participants will use the app for 6 weeks to track their diet and learn about nutrition. The goal is to see if the app is helpful and easy to use, not to cure or treat the condition.
