Summary
This study looks at whether special diets can help overweight or obese women with endometrial cancer who are trying to preserve their fertility. Participants will be randomly assigned to intermittent fasting, a low-energy balanced diet, or routine care. The goal is to see which approach best helps with weight loss and improves cancer outcomes.
