Summary
This study is testing whether a specific, sustainable diet can help people with active ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if this diet changes the mix of bacteria in the gut, which might lead to less intestinal inflammation and fewer symptoms. The study will involve 20 adults with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis who will follow the diet plan.
