Summary

This study is testing whether a specific, sustainable diet can help people with active ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if this diet changes the bacteria in the gut, which could lead to less inflammation and fewer symptoms. The study is enrolling 20 adults with mild to moderate disease to follow the diet and track changes in their gut health and disease activity.
