Summary
This study tests whether special diets can reduce bloating and stomach pain in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Researchers will compare three diets—low FODMAP, CDED, and standard NICE guidelines—in 60 adults with moderate to severe bloating. The goal is to find which diet best improves digestive comfort and quality of life.
