Summary
This study is testing whether a specific dietary pattern can help maintain remission in people with Crohn's disease who have recently had bowel surgery. Researchers are enrolling 35 patients to follow a diet designed to be affordable and suitable for Chinese eating habits. The main goal is to see if this diet improves patients' quality of life and helps control their disease without needing to immediately restart strong medications.
