First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding supervised cycling and rowing to a Mediterranean diet helps women with prediabetes control their blood sugar better than diet alone. About 30 women will be split into three groups based on their current blood sugar levels. They will follow the diet for 12 weeks, with some also exercising three times a week. The goal is to find the best way to prevent type 2 diabetes.
