First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 16-week diet coaching program, including cooking classes, can help Black Americans at risk for chronic kidney disease stick to the DASH diet. About 48 adults with early kidney disease or risk factors like diabetes or high blood pressure will take part. The goal is to see if the program is practical and well-liked, not to cure kidney disease.
