First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a special diet (Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet) to standard biologic therapy helps more adults with Crohn's disease achieve complete gut healing. About 185 participants in China will be randomly assigned to receive either the diet plus biologics or biologics alone. The main goal is to see if more people on the combined approach have no visible inflammation in their gut after 14 weeks.
