Summary
This study is testing whether a carefully designed diet can change the gut bacteria of people with active ulcerative colitis and reduce disease activity. Researchers will enroll 20 adults with mild to moderate disease. Participants will follow the study diet and be monitored for changes in their gut microbiome and symptoms.
