Summary
This study tests whether a carefully designed diet can change the gut bacteria of people with active ulcerative colitis and reduce disease activity. Researchers will enroll 20 adults with active UC to follow the diet and track changes in their gut microbiome and symptoms. The goal is to see if diet alone can help control the disease without medication.
