NCT ID NCT07269574
First seen Dec 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks back at the medical records of 600 women with advanced ovarian cancer who took PARP inhibitor drugs after initial treatment. Researchers want to see if those who ate a low-carb diet had better survival than those who ate a regular diet. No special diet is given—participants just answer a food questionnaire. The goal is to learn if diet can influence how well the cancer is controlled.
