First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how diet affects inflammation in people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. About 140 participants will either follow a Nordic test diet for six weeks or use a digital information tool. Researchers want to see if these approaches can lower inflammation (measured by calprotectin) and improve quality of life, while also reducing picky eating.
