First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining the DASH diet with a home walking program helps people with peripheral artery disease (PAD) walk longer and feel better. About 150 adults with leg pain during walking (claudication) will follow the program for 3 months. Researchers will measure changes in treadmill walking time, quality of life, and blood markers.
