Summary
This study tests whether a structured diet and exercise program can help adults with cystic fibrosis increase their lean muscle mass. Participants must be 18 or older, have cystic fibrosis, and have been taking the medication Trikafta for at least 6 months. The program combines dietary advice with adapted physical activity over 12 months, and researchers will measure changes in body composition, strength, and endurance.
