First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study is testing whether short videos featuring Latino patients and doctors can encourage more Latinx adults with diabetes to get annual eye exams. Researchers will survey about 1,500 people and hold small group discussions to see if the videos improve eye health knowledge and trust in healthcare. The goal is to find better ways to prevent vision loss from diabetic eye disease.
