This study aims to collect health information and samples from people with diabetes, obesity, or related metabolic conditions over many years. Researchers want to understand why these diseases often progress faster and more severely in younger people compared to adults. Participants will provide data during their regular clinic visits, and the study may last up to 30 years to track long-term health changes.
