Summary

This study looks at whether giving a sedative called dexmedetomidine at night can improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue in patients aged 60 and older after major lung surgery. About 102 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if better sleep leads to a smoother recovery.
