Summary
This study compares two drug combinations (dexmedetomidine vs. fentanyl-midazolam) to see which better reduces stress on the body during laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. 50 adults aged 18-65 with mild health issues will be enrolled. The goal is to find the best way to keep heart rate stable, manage pain, and reduce side effects after surgery.
