Nasal spray may replace needles for sedation in breast surgery

Summary
This study tests a nasal spray given before breast-conserving surgery to help women relax and stay sedated while awake. About 394 women will receive either the spray or a placebo. The goal is to see if it improves sedation, reduces anxiety, and speeds recovery after surgery.
