Summary
This study checked how well the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitor matches standard blood sugar tests in 40 adults after heart surgery. Participants wore the monitor while in the intensive care unit and regular hospital floors. The goal was to see if the device could reliably track glucose levels without needing frequent fingersticks.
