Summary

This study looked at how well the Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitor matches standard blood sugar checks in 40 adults after heart surgery. Participants wore the monitor while in the intensive care unit and on regular hospital floors. The goal was to see if the device could reliably track blood sugar without frequent fingersticks.
