NCT ID NCT07358338

First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether training with biofeedback devices (a balance platform and a special treadmill) can improve balance and reduce fall risk in 120 older adults (65+) with chronic cerebral ischemia (reduced blood flow to the brain). Participants do 8 daily sessions using the devices or standard exercise. The goal is to see if these high-tech tools are better than regular therapy for preventing falls and improving walking and thinking.
