First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding deucravacitinib to standard TNF-inhibitor therapy can better control psoriatic arthritis symptoms in people whose disease is not well managed. About 128 adults with active psoriasis and joint swelling will receive the combination for 24 weeks. The goal is to achieve clearer skin and fewer tender or swollen joints with manageable side effects.
