Summary
This study tested whether deucravacitinib, an oral medication, could reduce painful bumps and abscesses in people with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). It planned to enroll 30 adults but was terminated early after only 7 participants. The goal was to see if the drug was safe and effective compared to a placebo over 16 weeks.
