First seen Jun 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a drug called deucravacitinib against a placebo for people with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a painful skin condition. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce inflammatory bumps and abscesses over 16 weeks. The trial was terminated early and only enrolled 7 out of 30 planned participants, so results are limited.
