New hope for treating depression and memory issues in people with HIV

Summary
This study aims to compare the safety and effectiveness of two different medications, pramipexole and escitalopram, for treating major depression in people living with HIV. The trial will also look at whether these treatments help with mild memory and thinking problems that sometimes occur alongside depression. Researchers will enroll 186 participants to see which medication works better and is safer for this specific group.
