Summary
This study tested a computer-assisted therapy program called Raising Our Spirits Together (ROST) for adults with mild depression in rural Michigan. Participants joined small groups led by local pastors, either online or in person. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce depressive symptoms compared to a control group.
