Summary
This study tests whether a link worker—someone who helps connect people to services—can support adults with severe mental health issues (like psychosis) to attend routine dental checkups. About 480 participants will either get usual care or extra help from a link worker. The goal is to see if this approach improves dental attendance and oral health quality of life, and if it's cost-effective.
