Summary
This study aims to find out which type of dental implant thread (knife threads vs. double threads) provides better initial stability when placed in the upper jaw using a bone-preserving technique. Twenty adults aged 20-60 with a narrow upper jaw will be enrolled. The results will help dentists choose the best implant design for long-term success.
