Summary
This study looked at 60 people who needed dental implants for missing back teeth in the upper jaw. It compared three methods: using Densah burs, a magnetic mallet, or conventional drilling. The goal was to see which technique made the implant most stable right after placement, at one month, and at two months. Results help dentists choose the best approach for early loading of implants.
