New training aims to ease burden for dementia caregivers in hospice

Summary
This study tested a special training and tool for home hospice clinicians to help them better care for patients with dementia and support their families. About 93 nurses, social workers, and family caregivers took part. The goal was to see if the training reduces caregiver burden and improves clinician knowledge.
